My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering me a panoramic view of Amman which was truly stunning. The service was exceptional, with a lovely surprise balloon decoration for my wife. The service, especially from Faris at the front desk and Sawson from the Spa, exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly memorable.
